Nail treatments after removal of acrylic/gel nails?

I am having my gel nails removed this week and wondered can anyone can recommend a strengthening/protective treatment for my natural nails as they are thin and brittle after removal of false nails, thank you.Nail treatments after removal of acrylic/gel nails?
Your nails will be thin, dry, flakey, and very plyable after removing. Your nail tech can recommend a strengthener for you, if not, go to Walgreens or Sally's beauty and get a nail strengther specifically made for this condition. Sally Hansen makes great products for this reason. Make sure you apply a fresh coat every 2 days to build up a good protective layer. I suggest that you have your nails removed, get a great manicure, buff in some nutricious oil, and then let your nails breath for a day!!! Then the next start applying the strengthner to clean dry nails... Good Luck!Nail treatments after removal of acrylic/gel nails?
i'm a nail tech also...

but i recommend OPI nail envy apply it before you go to bed, then rub a little cuticle oil, your nails will be strong in no time!
