you can put a thick layer nail polish, it doesnt matter the color and it loosens the polish, then just slide it off with a kleenex. its not perfect but works in a pinchNail Polish Removal Question!?

but from experience, my friend used alcohol to remove it, and it actually worked! it wont have the same great effect the real thing has though
Sometimes if you soak your hands in hot water (not hot enough to burn though) it helps loosen it.
