My nail beds are horrific; help for nails after removal of acrylic ones?

It has been four months since the removal of the acrylic nails, and my nails still look awful. They are thin and break as soon as they grow.My nail beds are horrific; help for nails after removal of acrylic ones?
There are a few products out there that can help you out. First, if you have weak nails, i would suggest fabric nails instead of acrylic. Fabric nails are flexible and are light weight and are good for nails that are thin and weak. You can wear them natural or polished if you want. OPI makes a line of nails strengtheners called Nail Envy it works just like a top coat, but it also strengthens your nails and help them grow. I would suggest using a nail strengthener for about a month or so to give you nails some time to repair, then you can start getting artificial nails again. Hope everthing turns out ok.
